This is a copy of a fb post I made a couple weeks ago:
It's been 2 months since my precious Momma left this life. As I was
walking this morning...praying and pondering...I found my self still so
very thankful and blessed. I have the greatest family....my husband and
kids helping and doing things for me to ease the stress during those
days. I'm thankful for a wonderful, loving church family and friends,
and precious neighbors demonstrating kindnesses to me and my family. I'm
thankful for answered prayer, as I prayed for 3 years that I could be
with my Mom when the Lord chose to call her home. As she took those
final breaths, the grief was great...but it was precious at the same
time. My God is great*
